Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Participant Cancellation
   1. Cancellation requests made at least five full working days before commencement may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%), at the discretion of BIPA.
   1. No refund shall be provided for cancellations made in the last five full working days prior to commencement or made after commencement of the programme.
2. Transfer of Registration
   No request by the participants for transfer of their registration to another batch shall be entertained except at the discretion of BIPA in special cases, subject to availability and approval with additional payment of administrative cost of 10% of the course fee.
3. Institute Cancellation
   In the unlikely event of cancellation of a programme by BIPA, participants will be offered:
   1. full refund, or
   1. option to attend a future batch
4. No-Show Policy
   Failure to attend the programme without prior intimation shall not entitle the participant to any refund.
5. Mode of Refund
   Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time through the original mode of payment to the original bank account.
