- Registration
Admission to programmes is subject to availability of seat and confirmation upon receipt of the prescribed fee. BIPA reserves the right of admission. - Programme Delivery
BIPA reserves the right to modify programme schedule, faculty, or content, if required, without prior notice. - Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain decorum during sessions. BIPA reserves the right to deny access to any participant to program, temporarily or permanently for any inappropriate behaviour in the opinion of BIPA. - Use of Materials
Course materials provided are for personal use only and shall not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Such an act shall constitute a breach of trust. - Recording & Sharing
Participants shall not record or distribute any session (audio/video/screenshot) without prior permission of BIPA. Such an act shall constitute a breach of trust. - Certification
Certificates will be issued subject to attendance, participation criteria and a pass in the test / quiz / examination as determined by BIPA. Attendance less than 85% (rounded off to nearest higher integer to calculate the number of modules attended) may render the participant ineligible to appear for test / quiz / examination which is essential for awarding the Certification on applicable rules. The Certificates issued by BIPA are not affiliated to any other organisation / entity / university / body corporate unless specifically mentioned or indicated in the Certificate. - Limitation of Liability
BIPA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in its programmes. - Non-Circumvention & Non-Disclosure: By being admitted into any of the BIPA programs, the participant automatically undertakes not to circumvent the interest of BIPA by copying or replicating or reproducing any course content and materials for any use by self or through any other person / party / entity for commercial benefit and also undertakes not to disclose any of the academic and commercial details of BIPA to any third party. The participants declares that any such circumvention and disclosure is an act of crime and of breach of contract.
- Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Chennai.
